“I believe that fitness and training should be a lifestyle, something you enjoy and have a desire to incorporate in your life. My personal training philosophy goes beyond repetitive exercises – it’s about making a decision to change your life and taking the necessary steps to make that a reality. The key to success in training is creating an atmosphere that is both challenging and fun. I take a whole body approach so that my clients will see and feel the benefit of the training.”
