Team evaluations are sport and need specific, and typically include a mobility/flexibility assessment, physical performance measurements, mental performance test, and a detailed biomechanical analysis of movement. Following the initial evaluation, a custom training program is designed for the Team.
Team capacity is limited to twenty athletes for on-site (Cooper facility) training. Larger teams or multi-team organizations can split into multiple time frames to accommodate a variety of group sizes. Coopers off-site training is also available and can accommodate up to eighty athletes. Teams typically train one to three days per week and have a one-to-ten coach athlete ratio.
Cooper also provides team program design. Cooper builds a custom off-season or year- round program for your team. Cooper trains coaching staff on implementation of training program, as well as makes quarterly visits for quality control.
